ACLU Of South Dakota To Focus Smart Justice Campaign On Attorney General Race

The American Civil Liberties Union of South Dakota is turning its attention this election season to the race for Attorney General. Current AG Marty Jackley is term limited and cannot seek to keep his job. That means a new Attorney General will be elected this November. Information on the Smart Justice initiative has been sent to Attorney General Candidates Randy Seiler and Jason Ravnsborg. Skarin says they are hoping to hear back from the candidates by way of a questionnaire in the near future.
