PIERRE, S.D. (News Release) — Capital Area Counseling Launches Final Push to Raise $500K for New Facility
Capital Area Counseling, and their Board or Directors, is launching the final public phase of their Building Better Tomorrows Capital Campaign with a goal to raise a final $500 thousand to help make their dream of building a new integrated mental healthcare facility in a central South Dakota a reality.
Over the past 18 months, the Capital Area Counseling staff and board of directors has been working diligently to put a plan in place to meet the growing mental health needs in our community and region, while also addressing our need to bring all of our staff and resource under one roof to provide our clients the fully integrated care and services they deserve.
Over the last 50 years, Capital Area Counseling has been there for countless numbers of people and their communities in their most challenging times,” says Dennis Pfrimmer, CEO of Capital Area Counseling Services. “Whether they were struggling with addiction, thoughts of suicide or other mental health issues, we’ve been there to help thousands of sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, friends, neighbors and coworkers get the help they needed when they needed it most. Now we are asking you to help us build the facility our clients deserve, and get our team under one roof, to provide these services in an even more effective and efficient way in a new integrated care facility in Central South Dakota,” he added.
The campaign is scheduled to launch on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 and will run for the next six weeks. The goal is to raise $500,000 and we are accepting gifts of all sizes as both one time and multi year gifts.
