Chicago Man Arrested For Second Time In Two Months For Domestic Incident

A Chicago man was arrested for the second time in two months for another incident involving the same female victim. Pierre police responded an apartment complex to the 1000 block of North Garfield Avenue around 7:15 PM Tuesday for a disturbance. An investigation determined that an argument had taken place between 21 year-old Alan Jefferson and a 20 year-old female victim. During the argument, the apartment and victim’s phone had been damaged. Jefferson was arrested for violating a bond condition of his previous arrest by making contact again with the victim. He is also charged with intentional damage to property, between 400 and 1000-dollars. Jefferson was transported to the Hughes County Jail on the new charges. He was arrested October 25th after getting into a physical altercation with the victim. Jefferson is facing charges of Simple Assault-Domestic, False Imprisonment and Interfering with Emergency Communications in that incident.
