Yesterday was the final day of the Bassmaster Elite on Lake Oahe. Having the lead going into the last day was Mark Daniels Jr. by more than six pounds was able to take home the title on Monday. Daniels final round weight was at 13 pounds, 3 ounce, which was just enough to bring the title home. He finished with a total of 69 pounds 9 ounces.
The runner up was Casey Anthony who finished three pounds under Daniels. Anthony finished with a all-around total of 66 pounds five ounces.
Clifford Pirch was able to take third place as he was able to battle back after a bad first day to get a final day total of 20 pound, 11 ounce limit of bass.
The $1,500 Phoenix Boats Big Bass bonus of the tournament goes to Fred Roumbanis, who weighed in a 5-6 smallmouth on Saturday.
