Fort Pierre Man Identified By Highway Patrol As Victim Of Fatal Accident

A Fort Pierre man has been identified by the South Dakota Highway Patrol as the person who died in a rollover accident in Sioux Falls on Monday. The Patrol says 64 year-old Kenneth Dvorak was a passenger in a Ford truck that was traveling north on Interstate 29. The driver, 56 year-old Michael Talbert of Sioux Falls, was crossing over 12th Street when he lost control. The truck went into the east ditch and rolled. Both Dvorak and Talbert were wearing seatbelts. No charges are pending against Talbert, who sustained minor injuries.
