Governor Says South Dakota Needs More Room For Wildlife

While Conservation Reserve Program acres are set by the US Department of Agriculture, Daugaard says the state can make the case for expansion….

In 2016, state landowners had about nine hundred seventy thousand acres in the CRP program.
