(KCCR) — The Hughes County Commission is meeting tonight at the Hughes County Courthouse. Commissioners will consider approval of the agenda and of the minutes from the May 6th meeting before moving on to new business. That new business includes an update on the Cow/Spring Creek Sanitary System and a discussion on the Canning Bridge and Canning Bridge inspection. The Commission will consider a plat and P-U-D in Peoria Heights and will consider an application for a property tax exemption for a disabled veteran. A County Manager report, Liaison report and approval of the verified claims are all on the agenda for the Hughes County Commission. Their meeting tonight begins at 5:30 pm in the Commission Room on the second floor of the Hughes County Courthouse. The meeting is open to the public.
