Hughes County Voters Requesting At Least 2400 Absentee Ballots As Early Voting Starts Friday

To get an absentee ballot you’ll need an absentee ballot application and either a copy of your driver’s license or notarized copy of your signature. Naylor says most Auditor offices recommend starting the application process at least 15 days before Election Day to make the deadline…

A drop box for ballots will again be located on the north side of the Hughes County Courthouse. Naylor says as of Monday 2400 absentee ballots are waiting for the mailbox….

Hughes County has approximately 11-thousand 600 registered voters and Naylor expects around nine-thousand ballots to be cast.
