Oahe Capitals Can’t Get Past Sioux Falls

The Oahe Capital competed in the first ever Hockey Day in South Dakota from the Premier Center on Saturday afternoon.

The Capitals would take on one of the top teams in the state the Sioux falls Flyers. The Caps would battle hard all game long but just came up short losing 2-1.

Scoring the loan goal for Capitals was Spencer Wedin his goal was assisted by Caden Davis. Tristian Fuerst had 31 saves on the day.

The Capitals will travel to  Brookings next Saturday and to Watertown next Sunday. Oahe Capitals JV game scheduled for this past Friday night against Rushmore has been rescheduled for February 16th at 7:30pm.
