South Dakota Public Utilities Commission In Waiting Mode While Some Pre-Construction Of Keystone XL Pipeline Granted

A Federal Judge will allow Trans Canada to begin pre-construction work along the route of the Keystone XL oil pipeline as other challenges continue.  That line will run from Montana through western South Dakota and across central Nebraska.  The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission recertified the route of the pipeline in 2016.  Commissioner Chris Nelson says they are just watching right now……
