The Stanley County Commission is meeting tonight at the Stanley County Courthouse. The Commission will consider approval of the agenda and meeting minutes from February 6th. They will also consider claims and will hear the Treasurer’s and Auditor’s report. The 2017 Annual Report will also be presented. Commissioners will consider five abatements and Fairgrounds Manager Scott Deal will discuss four items with Commissions tonight. They include an update on grandstand concessions, an industrial stove, walk-in cooler and an arena groomer. Highway Superintendent Lee Smith will discuss with Commissioners gravel crushing bids, a 1990 Ford Truck hood and a gas powered cut-off saw. Commissioners will consider office travel for the County Health Nurse and a number of upcoming workshops before meeting in executive session for a personnel matter. The Stanley County Commission meets tonight at five P-M in the Commission room in the basement of the Stanley County Courthouse. The meeting is open to the public.
