(KCCR) — The Stanley County Commission is holding its monthly meeting tonight. The Commission will consider approval of the agenda, minutes from the August 4th meeting and hear the Treasurer’s and Auditor’s report before moving on to the main agenda. The Commission will hear from County Health Nurse Carmella Bourk and discuss the county’s provisional budget. Commissioners will hear from Fairgrounds Manager Scott Deal and Highway Superintendent Lee Smith before considering a new hired in the State’s Attorney’s office. Other agenda items include consideration of two abatements, a raffle for the Lake Sharpe Youth Shooters, the budget and an executive session for personnel. The Stanley County Commission meets tonight at five pm.
