(KCCR) — The Stanley County Commission is holding its monthly meeting tonight. Commissioners will consider a plat of the Lookout Ridge Estates and hear from Stanley County Fairgrounds Manager Scott Deal. Deal will discuss with Commissioners panels for the arena, electrical upgrades and rain gutters on the Schomer barn. Highway Superintendent Lee Smith will discuss bridge plans, 2019 emergency flood projects, the old county shop and a truck transmission. The Commission will consider a contract with Central South Dakota Communications and an operating transfer for roads and bridges. An automatic supplement for the Weed and Pest Department is on the agenda along with an abatement, courthouse security upgrades and discussion on the Courthouse roof. The Stanley County Commission meets tonight at five pm in the Commission room of the Stanley County Courthouse. The meeting is open to the public.
