Stanley County Commission To Meet Tonight

(KCCR) — The Stanley County Commission is meeting tonight for its monthly meeting. The Commission will hear from Fairgrounds Manager Scott Deal and will discuss the Access Trail. At 5:45 pm Commissioners will discuss the county’s Pre-Disaster Mitigation grant program with officials from FEMA. Highway Superintendent Lee Smith will present an engineer resolution regarding Plum Creek to Commissioners and the Commission will consider a Community Health Services Contract. Commissioners will consider a supplemental budget and a liquor license renewal for Fred’s at Chantier Creek. Also on the agenda for consideration by the Stanley County Commission is to surplus a 2004 Ford Escape, painting of the Judge’s chambers, consideration of the year end Commission meeting and closing dates around the Christmas and New Year’s Day. The Commission will also meet in executive session for a personnel issue. The Stanley County Commission meets tonight at five pm. The meeting is open to the public.
