(KCCR) — The South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources Board of Water and Natural Resources approved funding applications for sanitary sewer projects in Pierre and Fort Pierre Thursday. Fort Pierre was requesting over three-point-one-million dollars for its lagoon improvement project and was awarded that.
