The low post combination of Lincoln Jordre and Jacob Howard was too much to stop for the long range bombing Lyman Raiders, as Sully Buttes came away with a 79-53 victory Tuesday night in Onida.
The six foot nine inch Jordre totaled 27 points, while the six foot three inch Howard tallied 16 points to pace the Charger offensive and defensive attack.
The Raiders—now 0-2 on the season, hit nine three point shots—led by Baptiste Poirer(poyer), who scored fifteen points—all from behind the three point arc, while Tate Wagner finished with seventeen points.
The Chargers had three players in double figures, with Nick Wittler adding fourteen points-including four three point shots. Jett Lamb added nine. The Chargers, now 1-0, will be at home Saturday against the Winner Warriors for a girls boys doubleheader, a game you can hear on Country 95.3FM, staring at 3:30.
